DRAMA/PUBLIC SPEAKING PROGRAM
Dramatically Speaking – Seventh graders learn all about public speaking and how to build confidence speaking in front of an audience. Group and individual presentations are taught. Narrative, Demonstration, and Argumentative speeches, as well as storytelling and acting in this nine-week exploratory encore rotation.
Drama – Eighth Grade Drama explores all aspects of the theater while still working on presentation skills. Students will work on acting, costuming, set design, directing, and improvisation as part of this nine-week encore rotation.
